Il Tempo: Blue economy, Rixi: "Italia deve investire di più sul mare e avere regoli comuni" Roma, 12 mag. (Adnkronos) - "L'Italia deve investire molto di più sul mare e sull'economia marittima, che oggi rappresenta uno dei settori con le maggiori possibilità di crescita". Lo ha dichiarato il viceministro alle Infrastrutture e ai Trasporti Edoardo Rixi a margine dell'Assemblea pubblica di Assiterminal a Roma, intervenendo sul futuro del sistema portuale italiano e sulla riforma della governance marittima. Secondo Rixi, “anche se non navighiamo in mari tranquilli e con venti favorevoli”, il settore marittimo rappresenta una delle principali opportunità strategiche per il Paese. “O l'Italia fa sistema, con un comparto marittimo che lavora come una squadra e condivide buone pratiche, oppure rischiamo di non sfruttare appieno le nostre potenzialità”, ha spiegato. Il viceministro ha sottolineato come il commercio internazionale italiano sia ancora fortemente concentrato all'interno del continente europeo. “Quasi il 70% del nostro commercio resta in Europa e non oltremare. È invece importante rafforzare le strategie marittime e proiettare all'estero le nostre capacità, anche acquisendo porti in altri Paesi”. Rixi ha indicato tra le aree strategiche per lo sviluppo internazionale dell'Italia “Sud America, Indo-Pacifico e Africa”, definite “economie emergenti con grandi potenzialità per le imprese italiane”. Sul tema della governance portuale, il viceministro ha spiegato che “serve una struttura capace di coordinare alcune attività sopra le singole Autorità portuali, per garantire regole certe e comuni in tutti gli scali italiani”. Agi: Prato, 23enne accoltellato nella notte: difendeva una collega AGI - Una notte di violenza nel centro di Prato si trasforma in tragedia sfiorata. Stanotte, un giovane di 23 anni è stato accoltellato brutalmente nel tentativo di proteggere una collega da un’aggressione avvenuta tra le strade del cuore cittadino. Secondo quanto riportato da 'La Nazione', il bilancio è di un ferito grave e due uomini tratti in arresto dalla polizia. La dinamica: un gesto eroico finito nel sangue Stando alle prime ricostruzioni degli inquirenti, il 23enne – dipendente di un locale della zona – aveva appena terminato il turno di lavoro. Mentre si allontanava insieme a una collega, i due sarebbero stati avvicinati da due uomini. Quello che inizialmente sembrava un tentativo di rapina si è presto trasformato in una molesta aggressione ai danni della donna. Il giovane è intervenuto immediatamente per difendere la collega, scatenando una violenta colluttazione. È in questo frangente che gli aggressori hanno estratto un coltello, colpendo il ragazzo con numerosi fendenti prima di fuggire. I soccorsi e la corsa in ospedale Le condizioni del 23enne sono apparse subito disperate. All'arrivo dei sanitari del 118, il giovane era in arresto cardiaco a causa delle imponenti emorragie riportate. Dopo una drammatica manovra di rianimazione effettuata sul posto, il ragazzo è stato trasferito d'urgenza in codice rosso al pronto soccorso dell'ospedale Santo Stefano. Sebbene la prognosi resti riservata, le sue condizioni sono attualmente definite stabili. Nella mattinata di oggi è previsto il suo trasferimento al centro specializzato di Careggi per ulteriori cure. Indagini lampo: presi gli aggressori Gli agenti delle volanti, dopo una rapida caccia all’uomo nelle vie limitrofe, sono riusciti a intercettare e fermare i presunti responsabili: si tratterebbe di un cittadino italiano e di uno sudamericano. Le autorità mantengono il massimo riserbo sull'identità dei fermati, mentre gli investigatori sono al lavoro per blindare il quadro accusatorio. The dynamics: an heroic gesture ending in bloodshed According to the initial reconstructions of investigators, the 23-year-old – an employee of a local establishment – had just finished his shift. While leaving with a colleague, the two were approached by two men. What initially appeared to be a robbery attempt quickly turned into an assault on the woman. The young man immediately intervened to defend his colleague, triggering a violent brawl. It was in this moment that the attackers pulled out a knife, stabbing the boy with multiple blows before fleeing. Rescue and rush to the hospital The 23-year-old’s condition appeared immediately desperate. Upon arrival of the 118 paramedics, the young man was in cardiac arrest due to the significant bleeding he had sustained. After a dramatic resuscitation maneuver performed on the spot, the boy was urgently transferred in code red to the emergency room of Santo Stefano Hospital. Although the prognosis remains guarded, his condition is currently considered stable. This morning is scheduled for his transfer to the specialized center in Careggi for further treatment. Rapid investigations: attackers apprehended Police officers on patrol, after a rapid manhunt in the surrounding streets, were able to intercept and stop the alleged perpetrators: one is an Italian citizen and the other is South American. Authorities are maintaining maximum secrecy about the identities of the arrested men, while investigators are working to solidify the accusation.
