Dagli accertamenti effettuati attraverso le banche dati in uso alla Guardia di Finanza, il mezzo è risultato inoltre sottoposto a sequestro amministrativo, con obbligo di custodia in un luogo differente rispetto a quello in cui si trovava. Nel corso della perquisizione, i militari hanno rinvenuto 780 paia di scarpe riportanti il marchio contraffatto “Alexander McQueen”. La merce è stata immediatamente sequestrata, mentre il proprietario del furgone, un italiano di 60 anni, è stato denunciato all’Autorità giudiziaria per i reati di contraffazione e ricettazione. Il Tempo: Famiglia scomparsa nel Piacentino. Spunta la lettera della madre Si infittisce il caso della scomparsa di Sonia Bottacchiari e dei suoi due figli minorenni, oggi al 21esimo giorno nella macchia. Le ricerche continuano senza sosta fra Friuli e Pordenonese, mentre gli investigatori si concentrano su un nuovo indizio: una lettera lasciata dalla donna e ritrovata da un inviato di SkyTg24, che l'ha consegnata ai carabinieri. Nel testo si apprenderebbe uno stato di inquietudine della donna, che prima di sparire si era licenziata da uno dei due lavori e aveva ritirato anche la liquidazione. Le operazioni di ricerca si sono concentrate soprattutto nell'area di Tarcento, dove il 6 maggio è stata individuata la Chevrolet Captiva utilizzata dalla famiglia. Il suv era parcheggiato in via Monte Grappa, vicino al palazzetto dello sport diventato poi il quartier generale delle operazioni di ricerca coordinate dalla Prefettura a cui partecipano anche squadre di volontari. Dentro il mezzo, però, non sarebbero stati trovati indizi che indicano la direzione che potrebbero aver preso Sonia, i ragazzi e i loro quattro cani dopo aver lasciato l'auto. Nei giorni scorsi una segnalazione aveva destato l'attenzione degli investigatori. Una persona aveva riferito ai carabinieri di aver notato la donna insieme ai figli e agli animali nella zona di Pielungo, nel territorio di Vito d'Asio, durante il ponte del 25 aprile. È accaduto ieri sera a bordo di un convoglio della linea Edolo-Brescia in provincia di Brescia dove otto ragazzi tra i 17 e i 20 anni hanno scatenato un furiosa lite degenerata in una colluttazione. Secondo le ricostruzioni dei militari della stazione di Iseo e dell’Aliquota Radiomobile di Chiari, si trattava di due gruppi di ragazzi che avevano trascorso la giornata sul lago d’Iseo senza conoscersi in precedenza. Già alla stazione di Iseo la situazione era tesa: i ragazzi avevano intavolato una discussione – per futili motivi – che si è esasperata sempre di più fino a quando, all’interno di un vagone durante la marcia del treno, non è scoppiata la rissa. Il treno è stato fermato alla stazione di Borgonato-Adro dove sono stati fatti intervenire i carabinieri che hanno identificato gli otto ragazzi: due cittadini stranieri, un egiziano e un tunisino di 17 e 18 anni, e sei ragazzi residenti nella Bergamasca. Alla guida dell’auto un giovane milanese di 22 anni che, nonostante il violento impatto, è rimasto miracolosamente illeso. Il Tempo: Gli appunti gettati da Sempio recuperati dai carabinieri: cosa aveva scritto Nella ricostruzione dei carabinieri del delitto di Chiara Poggi a Garlasco nell'ambito delle nuove indagini su Andrea Sempio emerge un episodio inedito. È quello relativo a un foglio scritto dall'amico di Marco Poggi e gettato nei cassonetti lontano da casa, recuperato dai carabinieri che lo pedinavano. È accaduto un anno fa, quando i militari contattano Sempio per una notifica mentre il suo telefono e la sua auto sono già sotto controllo dai carabinieri della Omicidi di Milano. Lo scrive il Corriere della sera che riporta le parole dette in auto da Sempio: "Porca put... ancora con questa storia. Quindi, cosa mi devo aspettare? Che c... hanno trovato?". Parole e atteggiamenti che i carabinieri trovano "ambigui".  Nel documento che è stato letto all'indagato nel recente interrogatorio emerge che, dopo essere tornato a casa, esce per gettare la spazzatura nei cassonetti vicini e poi si dirige verso il centro commerciale dove lavora. Nel tragitto butta altri rifiuti in un'isola ecologica e torna a casa. Non sapeva di essere seguito dai militari che "individuavano il sacco della spazzatura gettato dall'indagato e divenuto sospetto proprio poiché gettato in un luogo lontano da casa sua", si legge nel documento citato dal quotidiano. All'interno del sacchetto un foglio scritto: su un lato erano riportati degli appunti sui modi per sedurre e approcciare una donna. Sull'altro alcuni appunti sul delitto. Alcune parti sono incomprensibili, altre di difficile interpretazione: "da cucina a sala", "cane", "colpi da...", "campanello", "assassino" alcune delle parole riportate. Per gli inquirenti, in ogni caso, è di interesse il motivo per  cui Sempio voleva liberarsi di quel foglio.  Nello stesso documento emerge un'altra intercettazione in cui l'indagato parla del video intimo di Chiara e Alberto Stasi: "La storia del video è stata... il video... lo devo aspettare da un momento all'altro... ok, cioè Chiara... lei nel video sembrava proprio... si è spostata". Anche in questo caso si tratta di parole pronunciate da Sempio in solitudine, ritenute significative dagli inquirenti. In ogni caso attendono di essere inserite in una cornice più definita al momento della cosiddetta discovery. The notes thrown away by Sempio recovered by the Carabinieri: what did he write? Some parts are incomprehensible, others are difficult to interpret: “from kitchen to hall,” “dog,” “hits from…”, “doorbell,” “killer” some of the words written. For the investigators, in any case, it is of interest why Sempio wanted to get rid of that sheet. In the same document emerges another interception in which the investigated speaks about the intimate video of Chiara and Alberto Stasi: “The story of the video was… the video… I’m expecting it at any moment… ok, so Chiara… she seemed really… she moved.” In this case as well, it is a speech uttered by Sempio alone, considered significant by the investigators. LA NOTIZIA: Blitz contro la Camorra a Napoli, arrestate 26 persone ritenute vicine ai clan Verde e Ranucci La lotta alla Camorra non si arresta. Con un blitz dei Carabinieri del Nucleo Investigativo di Castello di Cisterna, su delega della Procura Distrettuale di Napoli, sono state eseguite 26 misure cautelari nei confronti di presunti appartenenti a due gruppi criminali ritenuti vicini ai clan Verde e Ranucci. Diciotto gli indagati finiti in carcere, mentre altri otto sono stati sottoposti agli arresti domiciliari con applicazione del braccialetto elettronico. Gli indagati sono ritenuti “gravemente indiziati”, a vario titolo, di associazione finalizzata al traffico di sostanze stupefacenti, detenzione e cessione di droga, con l’aggravante del metodo mafioso e delle finalità mafiose. I gruppi avrebbero garantito il rifornimento costante di numerose piazze di spaccio, assicurando alle organizzazioni mafiose ingenti profitti derivanti dalle attività illecite. Il corpo è stato recuperato senza vita in acqua nel territorio del comune di Mandello del Lario, in provincia di Lecco. Il ragazzino si era tuffato con gli amici e non è più riemerso. Immediato l'intervento dei Vigili del fuoco che hanno subito avviato le ricerche, mentre i Carabinieri stanno ricostruendo l'esatta dinamica dei fatti. Dalle prime informazioni, il corpo del minore sarebbe stato recuperato a circa 10 metri di profondità. A dare l'allarme gli amici del ragazzino. Stando infatti alla ricostruzione dell'accaduto, il 15enne, in compagnia di altri amici, si era tuffato per fare un bagno nel lago senza più riemergere. Il minore è stato successivamente affidato al personale sanitario presente, che ne ha constatato il decesso. Le operazioni sono state supportate dal personale di terra dei Vigili del Fuoco. "Oggi ha perso la vita un ragazzo, alla ricerca di divertimento, in un posto pericoloso, con divieto di accesso e in un lago, che se non si sa nuotare bene in acqua dolce, è mortale". Così il sindaco di Mandello del Lario, Riccardo Fasoli. "Bisogna fare qualcosa. Noi ci mettiamo i cartelli, il personale, la polizia locale. Ma qui va spiegato che le regole ci sono perché sono a tutela di tutti. Della vita di tutti. E' il bilancio di un‘operazione della Guardia di Finanza di Cosenza, che lungo la Strada Statale 18 ha intercettato un carico di droga da circa centomila euro. Secondo gli investigatori, lo stupefacente era destinato sia allo spaccio locale che a quello nazionale. Il corriere è stato arrestato in flagranza di reato, mentre altre tre persone sono state denunciate a piede libero. Il Fatto Quotidiano: Aggredito mentre strappa i manifesti del corteo per Sergio Ramelli. Per De Corato (Fdi) “se l’è andata a cercare” Una spedizione punitiva con calci e pugni contro chi stava strappando i manifesti dedicati a Sergio Ramelli, il militante del Fronte della Gioventù ucciso nel 1975 dagli attivisti di Avanguardia Operaia. Vittima del pestaggio un giovane di 33 anni avvicinato in via Amedeo a Milano. Secondo la prima ricostruzione, poco prima di mezzanotte, il 33enne si trovava nella zona di via Aselli dove erano affisse le stampe in memoria di Ramelli di cui ricorre oggi l’anniversario della morte. Per questo in zona è in programma il corteo per ricordarlo che si conclude tradizionalmente in piazzale Gorini dove una targa ricorda il luogo dell’aggressione. Mentre il 33enne stava strappando i manifesti, un gruppo di persone – non è chiaro se passati per caso o avvisati da qualche testimone – è sceso da una Golf e ha iniziato a colpirlo ripetutamente con calci e pugni spaccandogli il sopracciglio e altre ferite di minore entità. Il giovane è stato curato alla Clinica Città Studi. I carabinieri indagano per ricostruire l’accaduto. Il deputato di Fratelli d’Italia Riccardo De Corato – recordman di comunicati quando si tratta di lanciare allarmi sulla sicurezza – ha già chiuso il caso: “Uno che va a strappare i manifesti di Ramelli già è grave, che poi lo faccia il giorno in cui è stato ammazzato… E’ stato picchiato perché ha voluto andarsele a prendere“. L’assessore regionale Romano La Russa ha aggiunto: “Siamo contrari a ogni forma di violenza politica da sempre. Se c’è una responsabilità di qualche elemento di destra, come diceva Almirante, pena di morte per i terroristi di sinistra, doppia pena di morte per i terroristi di destra”.
