Secondo le ricostruzioni dei militari della stazione di Iseo e dell’Aliquota Radiomobile di Chiari, si trattava di due gruppi di ragazzi che avevano trascorso la giornata sul lago d’Iseo senza conoscersi in precedenza. Già alla stazione di Iseo la situazione era tesa: i ragazzi avevano intavolato una discussione – per futili motivi – che si è esasperata sempre di più fino a quando, all’interno di un vagone durante la marcia del treno, non è scoppiata la rissa. Il treno è stato fermato alla stazione di Borgonato-Adro dove sono stati fatti intervenire i carabinieri che hanno identificato gli otto ragazzi: due cittadini stranieri, un egiziano e un tunisino di 17 e 18 anni, e sei ragazzi residenti nella Bergamasca. È accaduto negli spogliatoi di un centro sportivo di Osio Sotto, in provincia di Bergamo, al termine di un allenamento di bambini impegnati negli allentamenti di calcio. Protagonista un uomo di 30 anni, incensurato e residente a Dalmine, arrestato dai carabinieri con l’accusa di tentato sequestro di persona aggravato. Secondo la ricostruzione, si sarebbe avvicinato al bambino sostenendo di essere il padre e tentando di portarlo via dagli spogliatoi. Decisiva è stata la reazione del minore che ha avvisato l’istruttore. A quel punto il 30enne avrebbe cercato di allontanarsi rapidamente dalla struttura, ma è stato fermato da alcuni genitori presenti, arrivati per prendere i propri figli al termine della lezione. Gli adulti lo hanno bloccato e hanno chiamato il numero di emergenza, permettendo così l’intervento dei carabinieri e l’arresto dell’uomo. L’episodio risale a giovedì scorso, ma è stato reso noto solo oggi, dopo la convalida dell’arresto da parte del giudice per le indagini preliminari. La macabra scoperta risale a lunedì scorso, quando il feretro doveva essere trasferito da un loculo alla cappella di famiglia a Strozza, in provincia di Bergamo. Genini era modella e imprenditrice, un passato nei reality show, gestiva un’agenzia di case di lusso e un marchio di costumi da bagno. È stata uccisa lo scorso 14 ottobre, massacrata con una ventina di coltellate tra l’appartamento dove viveva e il pianerottolo del condominio dall’ex compagno Gianluca Soncin, imprenditore biellese di 52 anni. Il rapporto durava da circa un anno, le indagini hanno ricostruito atteggiamenti e comportamenti di controllo e di abusi già precedenti all’omicidio. Un uomo si è avvicinato a una macchina parcheggiata e ha aperto lo sportello cercando di portare via un bimbo che si trovava nell’auto insieme alla mamma. È tutto successo domenica nell’area sosta di un supermercato a Latina. L’uomo, un 34enne iracheno, è stato arrestato dai poliziotti per tentato sequestro di persona e porto di armi o oggetti atti ad offendere. In questo caso non ci sono state conseguenze per il piccolo. A scongiurare il peggio l’immediata reazione e le urla della donna, che hanno richiamato l’attenzione del padre e di altre persone sul posto. Insieme a un uomo che per primo aveva segnalato il 34enne aggirarsi con fare sospetto tra le auto, il padre del bimbo ha inseguito e bloccato l’uomo fino all’arrivo della volante. Durante la perquisizione, all’uomo è stato trovato addosso un martello in gomma. Dopo l’identificazione e il fotosegnalamento, è emerso che risultava irregolare sul territorio nazionale. Vista la gravità dei fatti, l’uomo è stato arrestato e, su disposizione del magistrato di turno, portato in carcere in attesa della convalida dell’arresto. Sono in corso ulteriori accertamenti per chiarire tutte le circostanze della vicenda e verificare eventuali responsabilità aggiuntive. Ieri ero molto consapevole di aver sbagliato qualcosa.
