Il Fatto Quotidiano: Legge elettorale, il professore Lanchester: “Riforma in linea con proposte che portarono a legge fascista Acerbo” La riforma messa in campo “svilisce la rappresentanza parlamentare con le liste bloccate” e può dare “un premio eccessivo alla coalizione vincitrice, opera l’attribuzione del premio al Senato a livello nazionale” e questo rischia l’incostituzionalità, “non assicura coerenza tra le due Camere, viene presentata a ridosso della fine della legislatura rischiando di violare” le prescrizioni del Consiglio d’Europa”.
