Elsevier, Cengage Learning, Hachette Book Group, Macmillan Publishers, McGraw Hill, and bestselling author Scott Turow have joined together to file a class action lawsuit against Meta and its founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, for willful infringement of millions of works, torrented via pirate sites, to develop Meta’s Llama large language models.

It's not suspicious at all that #Gmail is marking as spam the notifications people were sent about a class action settlement for which #Google is the defendant and liable to pay out proceeds.
One would have thought the plaintiffs' lawyers would have included as a condition of the settlement Google's obligation to ensure that the email notifications did not get marked as spam.
