Nel pomeriggio del 13 maggio la Lega Serie A aveva proposto lo spostamento del derby alle 12 e della finale degli Internazionali alle 17:30, quindi anticipando Roma–Lazio di 30 minuti e posticipando la partita di tennis mezz’ora dopo, ma non è stata ritenuta una soluzione percorribile. Motivo per cui la Lega Serie A ha deciso di far ricorso al Tar: ora si attende la risposta nel pomeriggio del 15 maggio. L’allenatore si era già schierato a favore dello spostamento a lunedì sera nella conferenza stampa pre partita e conferma la sua idea: “Il casino viene da una serie di errori fatti dalla Lega e ora la Lega deve rimediare. Però il prefetto è stato chiaro e speriamo che sia quella la data”, commenta senza giri di parole il tecnico biancoceleste. Poi le forti critiche a come la vicenda è stata gestita: “Se fossi il presidente non presenterei neanche la squadra, tanto per noi è uguale a questo punto, prendiamo un punto di penalizzazione e basta.
