Il Fatto Quotidiano: Caos derby, Sarri attacca: “Se si gioca domenica alle 12:30 non vengo. Per Maurizio Sarri non ci sono dubbi: il derby va giocato lunedì sera e nel caso in cui dovesse giocarsi alle 12:30 di domenica, lui non sarà presente. Sono queste le parole dell’allenatore della Lazio sul caos derby scoppiato in questi giorni tra la Lega Serie A e la Prefettura. Sarri ha parlato al termine della sconfitta in finale di Coppa Italia contro l’Inter, persa 0-2 con autogol di Marusic e gol di Lautaro Martinez. Nel pomeriggio del 13 maggio la Lega Serie A aveva proposto lo spostamento del derby alle 12 e della finale degli Internazionali alle 17:30, quindi anticipando Roma–Lazio di 30 minuti e posticipando la partita di tennis mezz’ora dopo, ma non è stata ritenuta una soluzione percorribile. Motivo per cui la Lega Serie A ha deciso di far ricorso al Tar: ora si attende la risposta nel pomeriggio del 15 maggio. L’allenatore si era già schierato a favore dello spostamento a lunedì sera nella conferenza stampa pre partita e conferma la sua idea: “Il casino viene da una serie di errori fatti dalla Lega e ora la Lega deve rimediare. Però il prefetto è stato chiaro e speriamo che sia quella la data”, commenta senza giri di parole il tecnico biancoceleste. Poi le forti critiche a come la vicenda è stata gestita: “Se fossi il presidente non presenterei neanche la squadra, tanto per noi è uguale a questo punto, prendiamo un punto di penalizzazione e basta. Non sono arrabbiato, sono logico. Ci sono stati errori clamorosi e nessuno ha preso il microfono per chiedere scusa”. Infine ha ribadito un concetto già espresso nei giorni scorsi sulle squadre impegnate nella lotta Champions League: “Si fa passare tutto come normale, ma ci sono quattro squadre che si giocano una partita da 60, 70, 80 milioni e si vuole farle giocare a maggio alle 12.30. The coach had already lined up in favor of moving it to Monday evening at the pre-match press conference and confirmed his idea: “The chaos comes from a series of errors made by the Lega and now the Lega must rectify it. However, the prefect was clear and we hope that’s the date,” the white-and-blue coach commented frankly. Then came the strong criticisms of how the affair was handled: “If I were the president, I wouldn’t even present the team, it’s the same for us at this point, we take a penalty point and that’s it. I’m not angry, I’m logical. There have been colossal mistakes and no one took the microphone to apologize.” Finally, he reiterated a concept already expressed in recent days regarding the teams involved in the Champions League battle: “Everything is made to pass as normal, but there are four teams that play a match of 60, 70, 80 million and want to play them in May at 12.30.
