Innovator, Pragmatiker, Visionär NATO-Europa hat sich nach 1945 durch einen äußeren Feind zusammengehalten und nach 1989 durch Konsumismus. Beides ist erschöpft. Ein Europa, das sich durch das definiert, was es der Welt gibt – nicht durch das, wovor es sich schützt – ist nicht nur historisch und moralisch geboten. Es ist IMO die einzige strategisch tragfähige Option, die neuerlichem Nationalismus und Faschismus den Boden entzieht.
