Times of India | iOS 27 may let you build your own Camera app interface AI generated summary, Read the full article for complete information. Apple’s upcoming iOS 27 will let iPhone users design their own Camera app layout by adding “widget” controls—such as flash, exposure, timer, resolution and depth‑of‑field—and placing them wherever they prefer along the top of the screen. The new “Add Widgets” tray offers basic, manual and settings categories, with separate widget sets for each shooting mode, while a dedicated Siri mode inside the Camera lets users ask the assistant to identify objects, translate text or fetch information without leaving the viewfinder. Apple is also moving the control‑panel button next to the shutter button, introducing new grid and level tools, and keeping the existing default layout as an opt‑in “advanced” option. Alongside the camera changes, iOS 27 will bring a refreshed Siri animation in the Dynamic Island, a swipe‑down “Search or Ask” bar that integrates ChatGPT and Google Gemini, a cleaner Safari start page, and a Weather app panel that shows rain and wind details at a glance. Apple is expected to unveil iOS 27 at WWDC 2026 on June 8. Feed: All Latest | Why Does Wikipedia Think I’m Evan Spiegel? by Maxwell Zeff AI generated summary, Read the full article for complete information. Maxwell “Max” Zeff, a young tech reporter, spent a week mistakenly featured as Snap CEO Evan Spiegel on Wikipedia after a user replaced Spiegel’s photo with a picture of Zeff taken at a TechCrunch conference. The change, made by the editor “Artem G,” persisted despite being reverted, prompting Zeff to investigate the edits, examine the contributor’s history, and even contact both the mysterious editor and Spiegel’s communications team. Zeff discovered that Artem G had a pattern of frequent Wikipedia edits, denied involvement when Zeff reached out, and ultimately learned that Spiegel himself was unaware of the mix‑up but was amused by the incident. The episode highlighted how a single rogue edit can temporarily rewrite a public figure’s online image. Paying $20 a month for an AI subscription is the new baseline for digital productivity. But which platform actually delivers better ROI? We bypassed the marketing hype and benchmarked ChatGPT Plus (GPT-5.4) directly against Gemini Pro (Gemini 3.1) across 10 distinct, practical workflows—from complex financial parsing to native app integrations. The biggest takeaway? The "best" AI no longer depends on raw intelligence; it depends on your existing infrastructure. 📉 ChatGPT Plus fumbled its third-party Canva integration entirely during our tests. 📈 Gemini Pro used its native Canvas integration to instantly build a flawless 14-slide presentation. If your team lives in Google Drive and Docs, Gemini Pro is the superior investment. If you need standalone autonomous agents, OpenAI retains the crown. I published the full 10-point workflow benchmark on DigiGlitch today. Which one are you currently paying for? 🔗 Read the full verdict here: https://digiglitch.net/8ubp #ArtificialIntelligence #ChatGPT #GoogleGemini #TechBenchmarks #FutureOfWork #ProductivityStack

@aroundthehills@mastodonapp.uk @keefeglise@mastodonapp.uk @Walkaholic@mastodon.scot I tried asking the AIs. Bing refused to even give me an AI answer. #GoogleGemini told me that the best way was to subtly manipulate people into doing what you want by giving them appropriately skewed advice and data. I feel that #MandyRiceDavies applies, somehow. #AIslop
