the headline is misleading. the 3 from ny wanted to cover ALL HOT FOODS, to include vegetarians.
THE MEASURE PASSED.
am assuming their NO gives them leverage for introducing an amendment to expand benefits. if not, NY WILL HAVE TO SUE.
