Got permission to practise trills at my singing lesson today. Until now I'd had to promise to be good and not try to sing trills even when my early music ears told me the music needed one. Had to learn to sing smooth phrases first, guess that's going well enough now! :)

Still on the sofa with a sore throat listening to stuff. Might actually learn all my choir parts this week if this goes on!
I'd love to learn to sing this. The hard part is not learning the melody, it's keeping the tension going all through.
