The new Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream Direct pretty much paints the sequel as more of the same but with added customization features and better interaction possibilities between miis.
Nintendo however already announced that they've "decided to place restrictions on certain image sharing features". What that even entails remains to be seen, but since they're set on selling a PEGI 3 rated game withb broad customization options...
