It is worth mentioning that similar assistance was also distributed a few days earlier to another affected family in the same district. To provide #temporary_shelter, tents were distributed to two families returning home in #Takhar. Saturday, 12th of Sha'ban, 1447 (January 31, 2026) The #AfghanRedCrescent distributed two tents to two #returnee_families in Taloqan City and Baharak District of Takhar Province, providing each family with one tent. It is worth noting that tents had previously been distributed to 32 returnee families in the Dasht-e-Qala District of the same province. #Snowfall: Emergency Aid Provided to Affected Family in #Parwan Thursday, 10th of Sha’ban, 1447 (January 29, 2026) The Afghan Red Crescent (ARCS) provided emergency non-food assistance to a family affected by snowfall in the Yakhdara area of Sayagard District, Parwan Province. The assistance included four items: one tent, six blankets, one tarpaulin, and one set of kitchen utensils. This aid was provided to offer temporary shelter and urgent humanitarian assistance to the family.
