I think I have a phone addiction. Am I constantly on my smartphone doomscrolling news/socials? Not at all, I often leave the thing untouched for days and don't have traditional social media. Am I constantly chattering on various calls racking up the phone bill? Nope, 5 minutes calltime a month is probably already a gross overestimate. Glued to my phone in public transport?
