Took about 2-3 minutes I think between our local record shop announcing they'd put some new used singles out, and me turning up at the door.
Indeed, it happened so fast I even left my phone in the office 😆
Especially chuffed at snagging the Pixies "Here Comes Your Man" on 7 tho, deffo getting played at the first opportunity.

Little bit of a suspension issue going on with the Purple Meanie last night - suspect the springs I've fitted have a lower tensile strength than should be.
Next week's job is putting cut-down foam earplugs in the springs and making sure the carts are absolutely aligned perfectly. Might also clean the bearings on the tone arms to prevent judder.

The view from "the bridge" on Sunday lunchtime, for a birthday party out near Holmfirth. Can't remember what's on the console but from the time the pic was taken it was probably 70s disco.
Aching from all the load in/out over the weekend but well worth it.
Sorting kit out this morning, replacing a bulb, redoing the PDU ready for the next round, this coming weekend...
