Where there's a will there's a way. The phrase originated from the idea "To him that will, ways are not wanting," attributed to George Herbert’s Jacula Prudentum (1640) and later solidified into its modern form by the 19th century. ...US President Donald Trump has said that he will pardon the ex-president of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, who was convicted of drug trafficking charges in a US court last year...
Hernández was found guilty in March 2024 of conspiring to import cocaine into the US, and of possessing machine guns. He was sentenced to 45 years in prison...

Every Trump #pardon is another reason to bring in the #InternationalCriminalCourt in the next administration. Because his pardons are meaningless at the Hague.
