You only need to change a few words to update When That Man Is Dead And Gone:

Satan with that orange rash

Tho' I think it sounds a bit more 1940 to say "that awful rash" and it'd certainly be easier to sing.
I'm not into Al Bowlly's extended lyrics; the line about Goering's a bit difficult in a bunch of ways:
Satan'll take him by the hand
To meet old Goering, luftwaffe man
But maybe (with context):
What a day to wake up on
What a way to greet the dawn
Satan with those tiny hands
will fall into hell's hinterlands
