Since we've been asked about EUn a few times(including by someone w/ an email we can't reply to): Future plans include Undecylate injections, but we're focusing on getting our EEn right for now. The next batch will be EEn only, with some smaller EUn batches coming afterwards. #hrt #diyhrt #transDIY

Hormonihoitojen yllättävä puoli on ollut sen myötä alkaneet "menkat". Validoivaa tavallaan, mutta samalla myös hankaloittaa arkea. #hrt #hormonihoito

This one is for the fellow trans ladies out there, do you have any tricks or things that you do when hormones shifting make you feel a little loopy? #trans #hrt #transfem

big big kudos to this journo, health reporter Lauren Roberts 🤗🎉 each time "my" regular MSM news sites carry an article about any aspect of #HRT i always read to see if any #trans recognition ensued, & with bugger all exceptions it's a big fat nooooooooo. but here, it's different, here there is tangible cogent acknowledgement that we actually existPharmacist and nutritionist Sarah Gray, who specialises in perimenopause, said these patches weren't "cosmetic or optional". "They are prescribed to manage hot flushes, sleep disruption, mood instability, cognitive symptoms and overall daily functioning," she said. "For many women, they are the difference between coping and not coping at work, at home and in leadership roles. "These medications can be life-changing." The patches are also used by transgender women and non-binary people for gender affirmation.😮👍

Cigarettes and alcohol are both carcinogenic. And can both lead to breast cancer. Something one needs to be aware of when on HRT and growing out your breasts. That you're increasing your risk of this type of cancer, besides the ones they already cause. Of course, growing out your breasts increases your risk of breast cancer to begin with by virtue of having larger breasts. Cigarettes or the nicotine in them, can mess with your estrogen intake. Nicotine reduces hunger, which can be an issue if you're trying to feminize and your body isn't getting the nutrients to work with. While alcohol can mess with your liver's ability to metabolize the estrogen in your body, skewing your hormone levels. As it's focusing on the alcohol. Alcohol can increase enzymes that convert your testosterone to estrogen. It might be tempting to booze up, to get your estrogen up but it's not going to give you enough estrogen to do anything with and you'll still have testosterone-dominance in your body without proper medications. Some trans-specific things to consider with these drugs. Generally avoiding these is best for best results with your HRT. #trans #transfem #hrt #TransMeds
