An illuminating read. Enjoyed the early chapters about the post-punk and Factory days more than the later ones. I cannot share Spinoza's apparent enthusiasm for the proliferation of tower blocks in the city I live in, although I do not have a rosy-tinted view of the past either. He does sound a note of caution, especially in the last chapter, and may not be free to express his true views given his PR role.
