I'm honestly angry with the dutch government over letting the critical DigID infrastructure get purchased by american investors.
it feels deliberately evil at this point. there's no way you can miss the insanity that is USA politics or big tech right now, there has to be corruption involved.

Dutch civil servant fired because he spoke up against the takeover of #Solvinity that provides the #DigiD service. DigiD is the central system that is used in the #Netherlands to log in into official government and related services.
Solvinity, the company hosting DigiD will probably be taken over by Kyndryl, a US company. Putting the login functionality of the Dutch official digital services under US #jurisdiction.
