I’m a no dig allotment gardener in the UK (9a). Compost maker, dog walker, vegetarian, anxiety sufferer. Climate issues and UK Green Party will be boosted. No Alt Text no boost. My avatar is a brindle boxer dog with a stick in his mouth and the header is a bed of pink hylotelephium spectabile in early autumn.

Long overdue catch up with #ClimateDiary and thinking about how, in history, there are always co-existing trends, each with their own momentum, inertia, infrastructures, material changes, discourses; like waves going in and out simultaneously. Perhaps we need to get better at seeing several simultaneously.
These 3 climate trends all co-exist and are all real:
- Earth’s climate is now departing from stable conditions; we may be on a “hothouse trajectory” 1/4
