Learned a new teem today: "Analogue Activity" - something not done digitally. Or "how to enjoy something without a phone or computer". This is why I like hand writing (even if it hurts) and drawing. It's healthy, which is why we encourage NJ with real books, drawing, crafts, imaginative play, outdoor activities.
