ISO C Meeting: So it was decided that three more UBs will be removed from the C standard (#11, #18, #71), const variables of integer types initialized by an integer const expression become named contants (n3693), we want the elvis operator ?: (n3804), and also various wording clarifications (in particular: discarded). And defer is on its way to becoming a TS. (edit: and also bitints are now allowed as underlying type for enum)
